Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item to return it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without a prior return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom goods (e.g. special orders or personalised items), and personal care items (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous goods, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return your existing item and, once your return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days without giving any reason. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if a refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue your refund.
